Do you take insurance?

Yes, we provide emergency appointments and make every effort to accommodate patients in our schedule. The majority of our patients are able to secure an appointment within the same week. Are chiropractic adjustments safe?
Yes. When performed by a licensed professional, chiropractic care is widely regarded as safe. The majority of patients experience relief with minimal side effects, such as mild soreness. What Gentle techniques do you use?
We specialize in four low-force techniques tailored to each patient's needs. The Activator Method uses a small spring-loaded instrument to deliver a precise, gentle impulse — ideal for those who prefer no twisting or cracking. The ArthroStim is a motorized instrument that delivers rapid, controlled oscillations for greater precision on complex areas. Blair Upper Cervical and Atlas Orthogonal are both highly specialized techniques focused on the top bones of the neck (C1 and C2), using detailed imaging to deliver feather-light corrections that support the entire nervous system. None of these techniques involve forceful manipulation, popping, or cracking. Can I see a chiropractor if I'm pregnant?
Yes — chiropractic care is considered safe and beneficial throughout pregnancy. Our gentle, low-force techniques are especially well-suited for expectant mothers. Many women find that chiropractic care helps relieve back pain, pelvic discomfort, and postural stress as the body changes. We will always adapt your care to your stage of pregnancy and comfort level. Is pediatric chiropractic care safe?
Yes. Pediatric chiropractic adjustments are gentle, precise, and specifically adapted for a child's developing body. The amount of pressure used is typically no more than you'd use to check a tomato for ripeness — nothing like the adjustments adults receive. Our care is nervous system-focused, not forceful.
